Flat Rate Shipping & Handling in the Continental United States

FREE SHIPPING for purchases of $99.50 and over!
Only $7.95 for purchases under $99.50 using FedEx SmartPost.
Other shipping options are available at checkout, including FedEx Expedited Ground, FedEx 2Day, and FedEx Standard Overnight.


Warehouse Location

We ship from Brooklyn Heights, Ohio by United States Postal Service (USPS) and FedEx. We regret that customer pick up is not available.


Shipping Cut-Off Times

Flat Rate FedEx SmartPost and FedEx Expedited Home Ground Delivery: Most orders received by 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time will be shipped the same business day. Most orders received after 10:00 a.m. will be shipped the next business day. FedEx defines "business day" as Monday through Friday. "Business day" does not include Saturday, Sunday, and holidays.

FedEx 2Day and FedEx Standard Overnight: Most orders received by 12:00 noon Eastern Time will be shipped the same business day. Most orders received after 12:00 noon will be shipped the next business day. FedEx defines "business day" as Monday through Friday. "Business day" does not include Saturday, Sunday, and holidays.

Example 1, FedEx 2Day: If a package is shipped FedEx 2Day on Monday, it will be delivered on Wednesday. FedEx does not count the day a package is shipped as one of the two days.

Example 2, FedEx 2Day: If a package is shipped FedEx 2Day on Friday, it will be delivered on Tuesday. FedEx does not count the day a package is shipped as one of the two days.

Example 3, FedEx Standard Overnight: If a package is shipped FedEx Standard Overnight on Monday, it will be delivered on Tuesday.

Example 4, FedEx Standard Overnight: If a package is shipped FedEx Standard Overnight on Friday, it will be delivered on Monday.


Order Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you need to cancel or make changes to an order, please contact Customer Service as quickly as possible at (800) 248-7550 or support@navage.com . Please note that most orders are shipped on the same day the order is placed, or on the next business day. A delivery that is refused by a customer and returned to RhinoSystems without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is subject to a 20% restocking fee.


Incorrect Shipping Address
If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the shipping company (FedEx, USPS, or UPS) will not redeliver for free; they require payment. You are responsible for verifying that your shipping address is correct. Incorrect addresses may result in delays, undeliverable packages, and redelivery fees. If you discover that the address you entered is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at (800) 248-7550 or support@navage.com, and we will make every effort to correct your order information. If a shipment cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address including an incorrect zip code, missing or incorrect suite, office, or street number, etc., you are responsible for any fees assessed by the shipping company to change the address, return, and/or reship your package. Please be advised that the shipping company will assess a charge to correct and/or redeliver a package with incorrect address information.


Damaged or Lost Packages
If you receive a damaged package, or if you believe that your package is lost, please contact us immediately at (800) 248-7550 or support@navage.com.


International Orders and Shipping
For delivery to Canada, please shop at navage.ca.
