Shipping Cut-Off Times
Flat Rate FedEx SmartPost and FedEx Expedited Home Ground Delivery: Most orders received by 10:00 a.m. eastern time will be shipped the same business day. Most orders received after 10:00 a.m. will be shipped the next business day.
FedEx 2Day and FedEx Standard Overnight: Most orders received by 12 Noon eastern time will be shipped the same business day. Most orders received after 12 Noon will be shipped the next business day.
Order Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you need to cancel or make
changes to an order, please contact Customer Service as quickly as possible at
(800) 248-7550 or email@example.com.
Please note that most orders are shipped on the same day the order is placed,
or on the next business day. A delivery that is refused by a customer and returned
to RhinoSystems without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is subject to a 20% restocking fee.
Incorrect Shipping Address
You are responsible for verifying
that your shipping address is correct. Incorrect addresses may result in
delays and undeliverable packages. If you discover that the address you
entered is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at (800) 248-7550
or firstname.lastname@example.org, and we
will make every effort to correct your order information. If a
shipment cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address including an incorrect
zip code, missing or incorrect suite, office, or street number, etc., you are
responsible for any fees assessed by the shipping company (FedEx, USPS, or UPS)
to change the address, return, and/or reship your package. Please be advised that the shipping companies assess a charge to correct and/or redeliver a package with incorrect address information.
