Shipping Cut-Off Times


Flat Rate FedEx SmartPost

FedEx SmartPost is a combination of FedEx and the US Postal Service that starts with FedEx picking up your package from us, and ends with the US Post Office delivering it to your door.

FedEx SmartPost orders require five to seven business days for delivery depending on the destination, not counting the day the order is received. Most SmartPost orders placed before 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time will be shipped the same business day they are received. Most orders placed after 10:00 a.m. will be shipped the next business day.

Business Day is defined by FedEx as Monday-Friday; it does not include Saturday, Sunday, and holidays. FedEx does not count the day a package is shipped as one of the five to seven days required for delivery.

Example of FedEx SmartPost Delivery: If a package is shipped FedEx SmartPost on Friday, it will be delivered between the following Friday and the Tuesday after that. FedEx does not count the day a package is shipped as one of the five to seven days required for delivery.

FedEx Home and FedEx Ground
FedEx Home orders (for shipping to residential addresses) and FedEx Ground orders (for shipping to business addresses) require three to five business days for delivery depending on the destination, not counting the day the order is received. Most Home/Ground orders placed before 10:00 a.m. Eastern Time will be shipped the same business day they are received. Most orders placed after 10:00 a.m. will be shipped the next business day.

Example of FedEx Home and FedEx Ground Delivery: If a package is shipped FedEx Home/Ground on Friday, it will be delivered between the next Wednesday and Friday. FedEx does not count the day a package is shipped as one of the three to five days required for delivery.

FedEx 2Day
FedEx 2Day orders require two business days for delivery, not counting the day the order is received. FedEx 2Day orders that are placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday-Friday, will be shipped the same day they are received. An order that is received after 12:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday-Friday, will be shipped the next business day.

Business Day is defined by FedEx as Monday-Friday; it does not include Saturday, Sunday, and holidays. FedEx does not count the day a package is shipped as one of the five to seven days required for delivery.

Example of FedEx 2Day Delivery: If a package is shipped FedEx 2Day on Friday, it will be delivered on Tuesday. FedEx does not count the day a package is shipped as one of the two days required for delivery.

FedEx Standard Overnight
FedEx Standard Overnight orders require one business day for delivery, not counting the day the order is received. Standard Overnight orders that are placed before 12:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday-Friday, will be shipped the same day they are received. An order that is received after 12:00 PM Eastern Time, Monday-Friday, will be shipped the next business day.

Example of FedEx Standard Overnight Delivery:
If a package is shipped FedEx Standard Overnight on Friday, it will be delivered on Monday. Again, at this time Saturday and Sunday delivery options are not available.



Order Cancellation Policy
Once an order has been shipped, it cannot be cancelled. If you need to cancel or make changes to an order, please contact Customer Service as quickly as possible at (800) 248-7550 or [email protected] . Please note that most orders are shipped on the same day the order is placed, or on the next business day. A delivery that is refused by a customer and returned to RhinoSystems without a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) is subject to a 20% restocking fee.



Incorrect Shipping Address

If an order is undeliverable due to an incorrect address, the shipping company (FedEx, USPS, or UPS) will not redeliver for free; they require payment. You are responsible for verifying that your shipping address is correct. Incorrect addresses may result in delays, undeliverable packages, and redelivery fees. If you discover that the address you entered is incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible at (800) 248-7550 or [email protected], and we will make every effort to correct your order information. If a shipment cannot be delivered because of an incorrect or incomplete address including an incorrect zip code, missing or incorrect suite, office, or street number, etc., you are responsible for any fees assessed by the shipping company to change the address, return, and/or reship your package. Please be advised that the shipping company will assess a charge to correct and/or redeliver a package with incorrect address information.
